My degree is in interdisciplinary arts, because my interests have always lined up with how art can express, interpret and unburden. Art as a form of communication, a means to explore the intangible and the fleeting. The personal and the universal. For that reason I have trouble "niching down".
I am exploring abstraction now but have always had a love for faces, human and animal. I do not have the patience for realism, and I have to admit I don't have much interest in it. But that has more to do with my relationship with reality than anything else...
So this page will serve as a portfolio and a work in progress. A space for self imposed accountability and constructive criticism.
